2. Appointment Policies

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
• No-Show Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing the required notice, a rebooking deposit may be required before any further appointments are scheduled. Where applicable, this deposit will be applied toward the cost of your next appointment.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment session or the need to reschedule, in order to respect the appointments of other clients.

3. Deposits

Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Where a deposit is required, it is applied toward the total cost of your treatment. Deposits may be non-refundable; the applicable terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Refund Policy

• Services: In most cases, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. We are committed to providing high-quality treatments, and if you have any concerns about a service you have received, we ask that you discuss them with us directly so we can address them.
• Products: We are generally unable to offer refunds on skin care or other products once purchased. We encourage you to consult with our team before purchasing to select products suited to your needs.
• Packages and Memberships: Pre-paid packages, series, and memberships are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase, including any expiration and transfer conditions.

5. Risks and Benefits

All medical aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. During your consultation, our providers will discuss the potential risks, benefits, side effects, and alternatives associated with your chosen treatment.
