At Ageless Medical, we value your time and are committed to providing every patient with an exceptional experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest quality of care, we’ve outlined our spa policies regarding reservations, cancellations, no-shows, payments, gift certificates, and returns. Please review these guidelines before your appointment so we can continue delivering the best service possible.
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, have a beverage, change and fill out the appropriate forms. We do our best to insure we take you at your scheduled appointment. In order to insure that we do, if you arrive more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you.
In the event our clients are unable to keep their appointment, we appreciate a call or email at least 24 hours in advance. This allows Ageless Medical to schedule and service other clients.
In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $100. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
More than one (1) no show will be handled the same as cancellations. After one (1) no show we reserve the right to request a credit card number on file for all appointments. We also reserve the right to charge a fee of $100 in the event of a no show.

Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination. They may be redeemed for services or products. No refund can be given. Ageless Medical is not responsible for lost gift certificates.
We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Gift Certificates. You can also finance your treatment with our Cosmetic Payment Plan CareCredit or Alphaeon Credit.
